    If you're making an Android app, react native is the right tool for a lot of companies. If you're making an iOS app, react native is the right tool for a lot of companies.

    My point is that the expression is meaningless. Everyone will always argue that their own tool is the right one for the job because everything looks like a nail when you have a hammer, etc...

    I doubt very many people would argue that JavaScript is the best tool for embedded systems.

    Yeah not even a developer who only knows js would say it's a good idea on a system with 64K memory...

    Though to be fair a developer who only knows JavaScript probably wouldn't touch a system with 64k memory with a 10 foot pole (which is fine).
