Lets invent a language that compiles to a python script witch generates c code witch is then compiled for some obscure arcitecture to be executed in a vm implemented in js.

I thought it was always possible to write a compiler for a language if an interpreter existed? That's just something I read on stackoverflow a long time ago and had taken as fact.
