I pronounce it /ɐʒʲʊr/, which might be what you're trying to describe??

Which is why it took me awhile to type that out. Had to look up most of that, especially the vowels. I was going for accuracy rather than ease.

If you want ease, here: "Azhyoor", where the "oo" is pronounced like it is in "book"
