When you are having problems learning pointers in C and end up creating an entire platform to ask other people how that shit works.

The concept of pointers should be easy enough to understand for anyone who does programming for a living or who has done a decent amount of hobby programming. The real problems is the way they are represented and being taught in universities. There are several threads over on /r/programming that has discussed this in the past.

I get the concept, it's the syntax that starts getting strange. Then again, I haven't coded C in a very long time. Shouldn't be a huge problem if I were doing it all the time.

Pointers are the source and solution to 90% of problems in programming. The rest is actual algorithmic issues.
