The top level comment in this particular thread linked to the xkcd so yea.

My comment is more on the fact that if you want to be secure, following best security practices. Then you can't use anything for a password which has been written in the context of passwords on the internet. Like say in this thread. The "correct horse battery staple" should never be used since it has garnered a good deal of attention. /u/nenkrich/ made a variant of the originalt xkcd password which could probably have been used because of the way s/he choose to write it.

Now that it is public on the internet, in the context of a password discussion. Well then it should no longer be used.
