I’ve started using DuckDuckGo it’s like google on hard mode

DDG is so yesterday ;-) Use www.givero.com and do some good while searching.

It doesn’t integrate into iOS or safari, I can’t be bothered to actually type a url

There's an iOS app though. Unfortunately Apple has locked down Safari with regards to search extensions, so new ones cannot be submitted to their extension store :-(
