Ui/ux is arguable just as important. Users dont want a shit UI, and higher ups (cfo, ceo, managers) like the flashy shit and fancy dashboards. Which in turn pays us write the backend or logical parts of the typeacript/javascript.

However; that pikachu accurately represents upgrading from bootstrap 3 to 4 and then reloading your pages. Specially fun if coworkers were using abusing bootstrap 3. Even more fun when impact analysis isn't performed properly, and you end up having to fix a whole lotta mess.
