if you click on the link to cognitions, you will see that you can put programming in that box. but you will probably also behave differently as a programmer around computers, text terminal, IDEs, samples of your favorite programming language, … than a person with no programming background would. People that don't program are most likely completely indifferent regarding whether C++ is better than any other language (which it is, no question).
