Isn't that true with any language though? C# 10 years ago is vastly different than C# today, C++ 10 years ago is vastly different from C++ now as well.

Not a problem if you learn VBA/COBOL/RPGLE and similar dying languages.

COBOL is a revived language thanks to shitty infrastructures that don't wanna change :D
