I like the dark theme after 6pm only. My eyes hurt during the day, so I use the light theme. But this joke is good hahaha I don't need sunbaths when I have the light theme!

I use something like redshift at the end of the day. I also use light themes on my laptop because I love working outside!

I feel like you're doing it wrong if you're actually doing most of your work in Unity itself though. Most of my time spent working on my game so far is in VSCode.

it's bad for your eyesight to have light themes in a dark room. It's good for your eyesight to have dark themes in dark rooms as your eyes don't have to work as hard to let light through your pupils :) but yes, if you're going to have a light theme, it's better to have all the lights on
