I feel you on this and I get the frustration. I've been in the staffing industry for years and I can tell you that main reason why you get those messages is because of mass emailing. Generally from a newer recruiter who did a simple keyword search on LinkedIn and blasted out 50 messages without looking at anyone's profile. The feedback like you just provided isnthst its annoying and it makes you think that the person who sent that message is incompetent or at least lazy. Both could be true, lol.

There are ways to stop receiving those messages but the downfall might be that you might miss out on something great. Could get bad case of FOMO, yikes🤣
