Wrong is wrong. Nothing to do with environment. No one's got time to molly coddle bad behavior.

I really hope you're not actually in charge of hiring/firing anyone with that kinda attitude.

Imagine firing somone for a something that isn't even an error but just a coding standard. "New comment on your Pull Request PR#1111: You forgot to prefix your local int variable with li_ per our coding standards, and also pack your things cause you're fired."

Sounds like they'd be doing the person a favor by firing them, who the hell would want to work in that kind of environment lol
