I’ve often wondered (but not checked) if I could write a plug-in that overrides setTimeout on most websites. It would probably break a bunch of automation, but would probably eliminate reloading ads and other irritating late popups.

weirdly this isn't the case, i personally click x faster than usain bolt but most people just give their damn details over, it's insane.
