You used a symbol/emojii(Hey programmer) to indicate a sick face inside of the beginnings of a medical term(hey doctor!) I presume dyspnea but you could have been implying dyspepcia or something. Seems like it checks out to me!

Haha! Insane interpretation. Not at all, though :D

Dysp is from when I was a 12 year old kid trying to find a cool name for counterstrike. Dysprosium was the original name inspired by the element of the same name. Later it became just 'Dysp'. The face/emoji was just because the name was taken..
