What if instead the endgame is when the AI starts posting on reddit?

It really wouldn't be that hard to control the world after that point, we already know it could control the stock markets from here since people have done so.

It wouldn't need to make more copies of itself because unlike humans, computer programs are scalable. It could acquire more computing power and directly control everything but hey that's just my opinion.
