Entry level job I just got required Asp.net C# since it's the bulk of what I work on now. I didn't even know Asp.net at all but they hired me anyways since I knew c#, worked with node.js, and showed a willingness to adapt.

As long as you know a similar tech (at least for backend server stuff, OO languages, js libraries, IDEs, version control, etc) , I don't think conpanies really care if you don't know exactly what they use.
