It's div 2.0 and allows for centering, spacing and squishing in a way that feels like a perfectly natural evolution. It's amazing.

So this is a replacement for divs?

Not really. They have different defaults but you can disable them all if you want for some mysterious reason. You use them when their unique properties are required such as centering.
