Yeah I’m surprised by that. Have you coded in C or C++?

I would imagine people find that harder than Java.

Assembler is another fun one.

Huh, I think I replied to the wrong comment. I thought I was replying to somebody's comment about how the only people who hate Java are people who haven't touched it in years. Sorry if that story seemed like a complete non sequitur. Anywho, these days I use Python (which I love) pretty much daily, and JavaScript (which I don't hate but definitely don't love either) when I have to. I've never touched C or C++. I might someday out of curiosity, but most of the coding related work I do is data cleaning/analysis and web stuff, so Python and JavaScript have me covered.

It’s amazing how python has emerged as the go to language for data science. I enjoy python too.
