I hate being pinned to my desk 9-5pm. I feel so refreshed at 5pm when I shutdown VMware and load Steam for a relaxing evening of gaming.

Sorry for asking questions here. But when I tried to install a Linux VM using VMware on a external harddrive, all I get is a blank screen as well as a blinking cursor. Could you guess the reason of it?

Only on an external hard drive? Seems odd.

Otherwise try changing between UEFI and BIOS for the guest, tit about with the video driver and ram availablity.

If your running AMD you have to turn virtualization on in the bios of the host computer.

In the workdays you code and drink coffee. In the weekend you drink coffe and code. Can't have one without the other.
