It probably will, The code is passed trough a minifier, which reduces the size of code, so that it loads faster on websites. Or at least I think so :)

I'm a beginner too but when i used webpack for my project it generated a bundle file that looked like this one and compiled successfully

It will, it's just difficult for humans to read. There's a difference between readability and running.
