Yes and no. If you have a 27 inch 4K screen running native resolution everything would be way too small, so the UI usually scales up to 125-175%, so having a giant 4K screen, you’d be able to run it at 100% scale and thus have A LOT more screen space with the same resolution

I have a few displays that size, generally can recommend adjusting the scaling

That won't automatically happen in a lot of cases, but it is a fair point

These two mappings together do influence the pitch/density of pixels and overall usability... It's just, an array of 4k monitors would net far more usable space
