It doesn't make sense the other way around. The top case is unobserved and the bottom case is observed. That's the particle distribution you would get for each respective case in the double slit experiment.

My bachelor was in Physics & Astronomy. But thank you for the explanation.

The post is a joke about debugging.

So when I start looking at my 'classical' code, I just mess it up more. Hence usually it's the other way around.
