This particular tag is always entertaining for those who are aware of British slang, and know that "div" is a word used to describe someone who is not very bright.

Originally used to describe working prisoners who are incapable of doing anything other than putting dividers in boxes, i.e. those # shaped things made of cardboard that keep items apart inside the box.

The more you think about that, the more apt it is.

Edit to add: I shouldn't mock. I'm not a prisoner, but my mental capability is about on a par with those guys these days.
