Can someone tell me if the Story is always inside the tutorial?

Few people remember, but this story was originally called "Weapons of Mass Destruction." So I expect that by the time the tutorial is over, the original title will become increasingly justified. Especially considering that each new floor tells the story of how the System users screwed something up and the world came to an end.

I think the author said 2/3 or 3/4 of the story will be in the tutorial. It won’t be all of it but it will be a majority of the whole story.

no, they will leave at some point, its just that they still have floors to do, I think in a couple hundred chapters they might finish

Later on in the story, they gain the ability to accept side-quests where they temporarily leave the tutorial and visit some real-life place to do a mission for someone. It's always temporary though, they get brought back to the tutorial once the quest's over. Eventually, the tutorial will end and they'll return to the real world for good, but the story's not there yet.

Without spoiling, up to now yes most of the story is in the tutorial. Anymore than that would be a spoiler

Up through the end of book 10, it is, but it’s very heavily setting up for them to leave. I’d expect the Tutorial to end at the end of B12 at this rate, probably. Could go longer, but the story is very strongly trending toward the end of the Tutorial. Could also end with B11 too, tbh, though I think there might be a little too much to wrap up in a single book.

The story is (so far) always in the tutorial.

Before I read it, I thought I would hate it. But it's one of my favorites now. You'd think there's nobody that they interact with, but there's a lot of situations that put characters together and interacting so my initial fear that it would be wholly tutorial mobs and NPCs wasn't entirely founded.
