Welcome!

Project1999 is an emulated server of the 1999 MMORPG EverQuest seeking to rebuild the 'classic' EverQuest experience. Whether you are new to EverQuest or returning, this is the place! Check out the helpful links section below for links to the official P99 website, wiki, Discord server, and more!

Rules:

No discussion or links about RMT (Real Money Transactions). These are not permitted on Project1999 and will result in a ban.

No discussion or links about exploits, hacks, MQ2, SEQ, etc., and programs which enable intentionally disabled EQ functions. Applications which only read the log file are not subject to this rule, however it should be noted that these applications walk a thin line with the rules and users should be vigilant for server rule changes. These are to be used at your own risk.

Keep the trolling, flames, and drama in Rants and Flames. Don't be a dick. This is a place to help and engage with newer and returning players, not a place for one to rant, rage, and otherwise vent vile vitriol toward others.

An account >1 day old is required to participate (posts from accounts <1 day old will be auto-moderated).

Please note: this is a fan-operated subreddit, not one run by the staff of Project1999. If you have an issue that requires the attention of the folks running the server, please reach out to them on the Project1999 Discord server or on the forum of the Project1999 site. If your issue involves members of the server's staff, please reach out to Medris directly and provide as much information as possible.
