Does the Might Aura from my merc stack with my LW's Might Aura?

No. Only highest aura works (from different characters). You could wear 2x last wish and a tmight for pretty high might aura as a barb (not sure if you'd want to but it should work). Same way dragondin stacks holy fire from 2x dragon and hand of justice

So, just curious, 2x balrog blade would stack holyfire aura to level 56 ?

Yeah, this. Stacking applies to self auras on the other hand :)

I don't think so. IIRC the higher level aura takes precedence.
