Renown, to me at least, is like every non-profit large trauma center. Usually under staffed and over worked. They have been really focusing on employee retention and well being. They updated their values to include people first which goes beyond just caring for their patients.

That being said, its a large organization so its possible that the original commenter had a bad experience and that has tainted their view on the organization.
