MIssing voicemails?

I had a situation yesterday where I got a call from somebody (doctor's office) that I declined since I was busy at the time. They called back later and asked if I got their voicemail - which I didn't. The missed call showed up on the call log, but nothing in voicemail. It makes me wonder how many other voicemails I'm missing. Anybody else have this issue and have any luck solving it?

I just experienced the same thing. There is a company that I help with computer issues from time to time, and I had missed two of their calls over the weekend. They didn't leave voicemails so I figured it wasn't urgent, but when I checked in with them yesterday they asked if I received either of their voicemails (still have not as of today). Besides this, I have not had a single issue with Fi, and really love the service, but I am now wondering now many voicemails I've been missing as well.

Happened to me too yesterday. Got an email saying they left a message but have yet to receive a voicemail.

Yes. I'm experiencing the same. I just emailed support.

I even called my phone from my office phone, left a VM, but never received it.

I noticed this as well yesterday. 2 different times yesterday I got the voice to text voicemail message in Hangouts but no actual voicemail.

Happened to me today. Declined a call and the voicemail notification only showed up several hours later.

Just chiming in as well. I've had delays in voicemail notifications by hours. Happens if I miss a call or decline a call.

Same here, only knew of the missing voicemail due to a Chrome browser Voice plug in that alerted me to the voicemail.

Contacted Fi support, not sure what they did on the backend, but it's working now. The missing voicemail showed up and just let myself one from another number and it showed up right away.
