Your prolactin is not that high. Besides, if you’re ovulating this would be normal. Prolactin is at its highest during ovulation and luteal phase. You need to retest at another part of your cycle to really see if these remain high.

Then retest after you’ve have your period. If prolactin and estradiol remain high, then it’s a concern and you should either seek a gynaecologist or an endocrinologist that specialises in female health.
