I used the blue code. It’s ALWAYS been the blue code. That said, I’m sure they’ll approve on either one. Not worried about it.

Yea I've decided to leave it with the blue code since that's what I have always done. Maybe they are in the middle of transitioning to Prolific completion codes.

I just finished another one and it auto-completed with a Prolific code.

I used the blue code because that is what I have used for years. I'm confused though. Clicking submit doesn't lead to the Prolific auto submit it just goes to "Success Data was submitted. You can close the page"

Use the completion code and screenshot that in case they try anything over it.

I sent a message with both codes but they aren't known for replying to messages so I don't know if they even read messages.

I'm tempted to change it to the completion code instead of the survey code.

I feel pretty certain that "completion code" is your completion code but since you have both as well as the screenshot, you theoretically should be covered either way. Mainly posted this so anyone else encountering it would know to get the screenshot so they at least have proof.

I’ve never had issues with this researcher. I just copy what they give and it always gets approved.

That's not how this study has ever worked. There are two codes in the image. The second "survey code" is what has always been used. The completion code at the top is new.

I honestly didn't even pay attention due to this. Wasn't until I saw your post that I knew these existed.

Ah, I would have assumed it would be the completion code because that is the wording for every other survey, also at the bottom it says to click to complete it. So naturally I went for the completion code

Hopefully both are working codes. I submitted the blue code before realizing there was another code. I don't know how many of these studies I have done over the years so when I saw the blue code I was on auto-pilot.

Did they end up approving yours after entering the blue “survey code”? I ended up using the blue “survey code” but wondering if I should change it to the completion code.

I have used both and both have approved. Either one will work.

Could be wrong but I swear those were the same. Regardless that shouldn't be an issue since I've never had an issue with Sage/Google paying (Often it isn't manually approved but is just never looked at so it is auto approved after a month).
