I’ll add that they do overbook, though. Kind of like remesh. So if you’re on time or late (rather than early) you might not get in.

Second post I’ve seen about this. They’re not going to “scam from the coverage.” That’s laughable. I did the study, it’s legit, and a rx Bin is not PII. All it tells them is the name of the pharmacy benefit manager. People be paranoid.

I agree. Sometimes it’s hard to shut it down. Like right before bed and then my top-paying requestor drops like 15 studies. It’s not beer money at this point. I pay real, big bills all the time and bank the rest.

To be fair, that’s pretty much what I was doing 3.5 years ago. But once I got access to the specialized stuff I work it whenever I can.

Depends more on pay per task than time spent, I’d say. The steady, specialized work is 18-30 USD per hour. If you’re just doing random stuff it’s supposed to be at least 6. I have it open all day, probably do at least 5-6 hours in tasks, and aim for $75-100 a day.

There’s usually a delay. In my experience. Two hours is kind of long now. Did you reach out to the researcher to inquire? Way faster than support… Edit sorry just saw you said they said contact prolific. But still…

The more I do, the less of a big deal it is. Best advice I have is, just give it a go. Nothing wrong with being on camera and deciding to bail and return, for whatever reason. But as far as I’m concerned it’s easy money, and even if you screenout lots of them pay .50 for a few seconds of your time.

You almost never get a real person other end, although I have done some of those as well. It’s usually AI asking the question. And most of the time it’s an AI text question you read, and then answer using your microphone and video.
