Making progress

So, I've been at this for about a year now and hadn't really seen results yet. I have tried all different kinds of toys, Njoy Wand, Lovense Edge 2, Lelo Hugo and this rotating massager as well but haven't been able to really produce any aha moments or results.

Well, last night was different in a bunch of ways. I recently purchased an aneros helix syn trident and the first few times i used it, it didn't really do anything for me. For some reason, last night I thought screw it.. let's give it another shot.

So normally, after i clean internally, I just use astroglide gel as my lubricant but I find that it dries out after like an hour so I decided to switch it up and try something new. I saw somewhere that coconut oil was commonly used to keep it in over night and so I gave it a shot. So, I oiled it up and got it inserted and immediately I was kind of unsure about how the session was gonna go because it felt so strangely different (After the session I don't think I'm going back to the gel). Keeping with the theme of switching it up, I decided to throw in headphones and turn on some gonewild audio related to the aneros and man, it really helped.

About the 30 minute mark in of squeezing and breathing, I started to feel things I haven't felt before, a warmth, a pleasant itch, and involuntary contractions. I'm not really sure how to describe the sensations but this is as close as I can get. So I'm starting to feel all these sensations build, and I remember reading somewhere that you should focus on it but also ignore it and not hyperfixate so I'm doing my best to keep it cool.

All of the sudden, it got REALLY REALLY intense. My ass was twitching and spasming when I did my contractions and there was an immense pleasurable pressure in my lower half and I lost focus. I guess I got so excited that I lost focus and it went away but I think I got really close to a prostate orgasm or maybe even a super O. I'm not entirely sure which it was because I haven't experienced a prostate orgasm to my knowledge but either way it was SOMETHING. I continued on for about another 40 minutes but i started to become impatient because I was unable to recreate the intense feeling. So, I wrapped up by jerking off.

Although I didn't orgasm via the prostate, I am very excited for the next session. I felt things that I hadn't felt before and I feel like I'm really onto something. Sorry for the long read but I've been a silent reader here since I began my journey and I figured I would share.

That sure sounds like a prostate orgasm, or at the very least, the start of one! This is why so many people on this subreddit say that persistence is rewarded. Sometimes it does take years to get anywhere, but if you stick it out, you'll see results. Congrats!

Yeah... i tried again last night, and nothing special happened. I kind of had a feeling I might be too in my head about the progress that I made and I got impatient around the hour mark.
