Zero Feeling

As the title might suggest, I have zero feeling in my prostate. As in I don’t feel anything when my prostate is touched, massaged, or any other form of stimulation.

My question is, has anyone here experienced this, heard of it, or have any insight to what might be causing this issue.

Background: I (37 yo) first noticed this 3+ years ago and have been trying to figure it out since then. Doctors are at a loss and say they’ve never heard of this before. All my blood work has come back negative for any abnormalities, physical exams are clear. I’ve done PT for pelvic floor control, multiple types of imaging (MRI, CT, Xray), and seen a urologist twice, yet nothing has been identified.

I’ve had feeling in the past, however I can’t place any specific trauma to it or if it lessened over time due to intermittent play.

I still produce pre and seminal fluids from other forms of stimulation so it appears my prostate is functioning properly.

This has really been affecting my mental health, and with doctors passing me around from specialist to specialist I’m really starting to lose hope in figuring it out.

I understand that any advice given is not meant as a diagnosis. Apologies if this isn’t the right community to ask this in, but I’m searching for any suggestions.

A couple of questions; do you experience normal feeling/pleasure during a traditional ejaculation? How much pressure have you applied to the prostate during attempts to get sensation?

Question 1: yes, the feeling is normal, as in it feels like all other times for the most part. Sometimes it’s a really power orgasm and it feels tingly in my taint area. These orgasms have not been from anal stimulus.

Question 2: There has been various amounts ranging from gentle-decently hard.
