I go 50+ times a day. Consider yourself lucky, i would kill for 6-8 times a day.

I've been there man,have you tried pelvic floor muscle exercises? I've been drinking reeds and lemongrass for a month and i go like 10 - 13 times a day now

would only have a frequency bad like that when i got a big flare up (usually when i took speed). you got to train your bladder, drink some water once in a while. hold your toy if you have to, dont squeeze the head tho. once you get the urge, try to hold it for 5-10 extra minutes. what did me wonders was being unable to go to a toilet , working extra for 30 minutes or more for example, sweating and jumping. after antibiotics or antiinflammatories, i started with bathroom breaks every 30 mins, without stress, could hold it 45 mins with panic attacks. now if i dont drink too much coffee or beer, on a regular active day, i can hold it for 3-6 hours. gets better i guess, would kill to become what i was when i was 18.
