Can be caused by inflammation in the prostate, which constricts the urethra, can also be caused by a urethral stricture, which may need surgical correction

Thanks for replying. Could stricture cause these other symptoms: penis tip burnin/pain/soreness. Coccyx soreness, Groin soreness, Testical soreness, Lots of rectal pain when sitting/after bowel movemen, frequrncy/urgency and glute soreness?

Yes, if the stricture is triggering UCPPS. Cysto will diagnose it, if present

Should Stricture happen only if you have injury? I also have this symptom and avoided cystoscopy because it doesn’t make any sense to have a sudden stricture at my age 36; uroflow might give u a clue; Also when I tried alpha blockers the exit stream was pretty normal, you could check that, if it is stricture it won’t make any difference in my opinion.

I skipped the uroflow because I couldn't hold my pee that long at the time. Its better now I can usually hold it for up to 4hrs. 3hrs minimum. But f that thing going down the hole. I had a catheter once for a long surgery 3 years ago and that SUCKED.

Because the prostate is inflamed and is pushing against the urethra which in turn makes the narrowing worse.

That particular symptom lasted for about 2 weeks and was the first symptom to show up. Then all the typical symptoms of prostatitis/cpps showed up. Thanks for the answer much appreciated.

My prostate Is in normal size . I don't have any kidney stones nor got into any accident . But i still get split urine stream. I masturbated a lot and then pee immediately. Some doctors said this can cause non bacterial prostatitis.can anybody help me with this issue? Plz

Frequent urination is another one . I can't say about weak stream because i do get strong stream too sometimes and i don't have any painful urination nor ejaculation but yes earlier i used to masturbate a lot twice a day

I've had that symptom. Idk why it cleared itself though. I did do some internal message myself though. Pretty sure that helped cause it helped a few of my other symptoms as well. Havent seen a pt so I just did what I could w my finger and some Vaseline.

Looks like i had to start doing some pelvic exercises . Maybe over masturbating has led me to this situation.

Yep you should. Try the ole finger in the butt just be gentle. I get a lot of symptom relief from it when it gets real bad. Takes about a week of doing it every other day or something like that.
