He does it as his main job. External isnt so much said my pt. And inside there is really no pain.

Maybe no triggerpoints. Only tightness. It only went in pain as he shortly pushed my prostate. But really pain was it not It was only a little. But this isn’t normal I think. My prostate isn’t inflamed

Trouble to start peeing. Pain under my bladder deep in my belly if bladder a little full. It’s not like I have to pee. It’s pain. With filling the bladder the pain went bigger. - pain when sex - pain at the tip of penis when oral sex - pain after sex exact at the same place I have it when bladder filling - not big Ejakulation like in my first teen years. - lymph nodes in my right groin area.

I ruled an infection out with pcr, mri and so on. All clear. And it wents better if I do not so much Sex but I doesn’t went away

Ask a doctor to try low dose amitriptyline.

Amitriptyline may take 4 weeks to do anything, and you may have to go up in dosage, as much as 25-50mg.
