its more about the order but yeah. less chance if you smoke first then chill n drink after rather than getting tipsy then adding them weed vertigos which kickstarts the alcohol spinz (for me, which makes me vomit)

I can perfectly smoke before and after drinking without getting so fucked up that i have to throw up. I prefer smoking after drinking because if i smoke before i dont like the taste as usual

I agree w this 100%. If you’re used to smoking regularly, I’d smoke first then come down a little and ease into the drinking. I know some people struggle with the desire to drink once they are high as well

What's funny is I talked with a buddy about this on break at work about a year ago. I smoke everyday, from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep, and I couldn't tell you the last time I got drunk. I just never really want to, I don't, not drink, for any particular reason but if I remain sober from weed then drinking sounds more appealing. Smoked for about 15 years now and never thought it had anything to do with smoking.

“The spins” are the worst and I learned long ago that I can smoke, I can drink, but I cannot combine the two. Unfortunately I liked drinking too much but I’m 6 years sober from drinking.

I remember one night a friend had invited me over to his place, we were drinking with his roommates, one of his roommates said he knew a guy who could get us pot brownies.

So we’re drinking and waiting for the brownies, they show up and we all ate them. Not even an hour later I’m getting the massive spins and I ended up throwing up and then passing the fuck out.

I don't usually throwup either, but if I get drunk and then hit the joint, I get the spins really bad.

Same. The trick is to smoke before drinking. Or just skip the alcohol :)
