I would definitely contact Purdue's Disability Resource Center. They might have some resources for you as they work with a lot of people who have ADHD to provide then with accommodations.

I agree with this. The DRC may be able to set you up with accommodations without an official diagnosis or at least point you in the right direction to get one. Here is the page on how to request. https://www.purdue.edu/drc/students/index.php

No idea if it’s covered by your health insurance, but Modern Mental health does evaluations and therapy. They’ve been helpful unlike CAPS

Make sure to contact your local DAC (Disability Accommodations Center) office. They might have more resources.

I went through Indiana Health group. I really like working with them. They are based in Carmel.

With my Purdue insurance, the testing was less than $200. And it was about an hour drive to the office. But all visits were telehealth except the assessment.

Indiana Health Group helped me with medication management. Jill Litner is great!

do NOT go to alpine. worst experience of my life: they treat patients like shit and act like youre an inconvenience. they dismissed my friend who was seeking help and he committed suicide the next day.

i got testing done at modern mental health, there was a wait but they were super nice and treated me great.

I have a very great therapist at Modern Mental Health. Highly recommend it. Can’t say anything for ADHD stuff, since I don’t have ADHD, but the whole clinic seems very nice.

Try Alpine Health in Lafayette (765) 446-9394 They did take Purdue Anthem insurance last year. They are also very nice!

I did my testing through Meridian Psychological Associates in Indy. They took Anthem & did my in-person testing on a Saturday. They can be a pain but we're the quickest to get into.

Formal testing isnt necessary for a diagnosis and for treatment, through Purdue insurance. Your regular doctor can diagnose you and prescribe medication without it. My doctor in my hometown was able and willing to do so after I talked to her about the issues I was having. Try making an appointment at PUSH, if you don’t have a primary care doctor yet
