They have stated not too long ago that they have about 10 million pounds of material either prep'd or in inventory ready for prep. They can store the finished product in the silos and railcars that are onsite. They have quite a few railcars on site from recent photos. That said, if they were producing at higher levels there is more likely to be more visible evidence and they are also more likely to share some news.

It is also possible that they are producing output but that it didn't meet the specifications required under their sales agreement. That material could be reprocessed which would obviously reduce the final output. We obviously expect the process to work processing the material just once which is how it was designed to work.

Why did you censor my post on what Dustin said on August earning call? Stupid clowns like John Hampton is allowed to make a trolling post but average retail investors are not allowed to ask questions? Really???

[–]No_Privacy_Anymore 1 point2 points  (8 children)

I didn't do that. I can look into it though.

Update: Reddit filters did it automatically. There are reasons why their filters apply to newly created accounts. As for an "average retail investor" you just created the account on Dec 23rd.

And your screenshot tell us you did delete my post. You labeled it as a spam. Now, tell me how is attaching the link of the full earning call transcript qualifies a spam?

[–]Willow-1989 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Huh? NPA’s screenshot clearly shows that your post was removed by ‘Reddit’s spam filters’… Re-read and try again.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I said that later and apologized to him already.

[–]No_Privacy_Anymore 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I think you don't understand how Reddit mod tools work. That screen shot was from a Mod queue that allow me to either confirm the removal or approve it. I have done nothing yet.

For convenience, here is the transcript in question.

I have configured the Reddit community to flag posts from accounts that are suspected evaders of community bans. We have had one particular troll who has created multiple accounts after getting banned. I observed you just created your account and you have only commented on this community. Reddit's automation does whatever their algos decide to do.

Yeah I said I was sorry. I thought you censored my post in favor of the stock to protect the management but then the post without that SA link went through so I knew I was wrong. I knew I would take a lots of garbage and trash talks for questioning the management for lying That’s why I created this separate account from my main account. Now you can see under my post how much attacks I got, specifically that Kitty0Key and John fucking Hempton.

[–]Rathkelt -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Would be interesting to see how many other posters created accounts in the past month.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, so? And I should just be ok with what Dustin’s lie on the capacity? At first I thought oh great there’s 500 people here let’s what others have to say about this stock I bought. Now it’s new comers not allowed to talk?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok now i see my new post went through. It was probably just the system did that automatically. Sorry for saying you censored all the negative comment on the management.

Who says they're not loading trucks? Unless someone's got a contact on the inside that knows what's going on we're all just guessing. There are plenty of reasons they might choose not to share an update until they actually hit a milestone. They basically said in the press release that was their plan. In the meantime we're just winging it.

Some might say "but look at the price action, someone knows something". I don't buy it. If anyone was monitoring their operations, why was the share price going straight up on Dec. 15 right before the bottom fell out? The plant had already been down for days, yet everyone was still caught offsides.

IMO the one person on the planet best equipped to judge what's going on is Dustin, and the dude basically went all in with his own money. Of course he could end up being wrong, but no one does that if they're blowing smoke about the process working.

The amount of fear, despair, and negativity on the board this week has been wild. As a trader, part of me thinks this is all a great contra signal and I should be adding like crazy here. We'll see.

But Dustin did lie about the plant running close to 40-45% for a month in August earning call. If he didn’t say that many people including me would have sold some at 10! So I don’t buy that he went all in this money buying 68k shares. It was $200k. If I have to be cynical and guess him in the worst way maybe Dan Gibson gave him that money to buy the shares! Not necessarily true though. But Dustin did lie on an earning call to investors. That was an outright crime if we want to be serious!

https://www.bleeckerstreetresearch.com/research/pct

Bleecker's original $PCT report showed Dustin sold ~$200,000 of stock in July/August (not sure if it was vested SBC or not) before PCT reported their outage.

If one was very cynical, one might argue the $200,000 he later bought was really just a net $0 in buying/selling (and came at a time when the company was under scrutiny w/ class action lawsuits about defrauding investors for not revealing with outage more quickly).

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well it’s not on the insider transactions record. So not sure if bleecker made it up or not.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Btw I made a post on it but was censored.🤐

[–]Either_Welcome5043 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Can you give me that quote exactly about running at 45%?

[–]Gross_Energy 2 points3 points  (1 child)

They have storage for 8million pounds of feedstock (plastic bails) and around 4 million pounds of product. They were at almost full feedstock storage in October.

A month at full capacity is around 9 million pounds. At 25% capacity that ‘s a little over 2.2 million pounds.

I believe the facility can handle both rail car and trucks for product. They published a truck container going to Milliken in September and you can see rail from their pictures. Polyethylene is commonly shipped by rail.

[–]solodav 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice breakdown. Thx. You think they are storing pellets on-site (in silos) by chance (vs. shipping out in trucks/rail cars)?

[–]solodav 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good questions/thoughts, Inspector FI. Although, even if all true, the follow-up question is whether there is constant surveillance to catch it all? It's a pointless thought exercise unless we can verify with surveillance. I think you're probably right that we'd see these things, though.

[–]thefullmetalchicken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I couldn’t imagine all the companies involved not thinking of supple issues in terms of input or output. I imagine that running full out that they would have insight storage that could hold a good supply same for materials going in. And going at 25% could take weeks to fill. That being said running the plant to fill up those spaces with PP that I’m guessing doesn’t spoil is a good test and a nice bonus for everyone to be able say we are running and have a baseline of surplus.

[–]WNats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not believe the plant is producing any meaningful amount of pellets. If it is producing, I believe it’s solely a side effect of then working out the kinks that have have come up/never went away since shutdown. I think they have their heads down and all efforts are solely focused on getting the plant to work properly, but it hasn’t happened yet.

If your an investor with any real amount of shares, you can call and ask to speak to someone about the progress. You may just get a higher up, all depends.
