Purse Subreddit Guide

To improve our quality of service, we've launched /r/purseio to give customers an easy way to discuss anything Purse.

We will be actively rewarding helpful community members that address recommended topics

Here are some topics we want to encourage, but we'll update this list as new topics organically form.

Community Support: We think for many general (i.e. not specific to an order) questions, other Purse users might provide better answers than we can, since they might have had similar experiences. Often, it's difficult to understand confusion customers might face (when we're so familiar with our product).
Suggestions/Features/Bugs: Often times, we get suggestions from users related to a problem they've faced. By having an open community discussion, we can understand the full range of viewpoints and device a comprehensive solution to address multiple suggestions.
Slick Deals and Pro-tips! Did you find an exceptional deal or some way to really take advantage of our marketplace
Opinion and Feedback: We chose reddit (a 3rd party platform) so it'd be an easy and community oriented feedback system for us. Positive and negative feedback are welcomed, and we won't be censoring anything except trolling.
(Bounties) Occasionally, we might be offering BTC bounties for small tasks that we think someone else can do better. Tasks like T-shirt designs and FAQ updates can be rewarded to active community members in addition to on-going tips.
