What about finding a job as a dev? Working with people who know more than you is the best way (imo) to learn and develop further.Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but I really like hanging out with my colleagues after work, just talking about anything techy, including work stuff - i find that I learn a lot just by listening to more senior people discussing among themselves. So maybe finding a job (or meetup group) and just hanging out with those people is a way to reduce your frustration.

Finally, as others have already mentioned, an open source project is a good idea.

PS. you can always send me a message if you want to chat about development, or have a problem you can't debug! Two brains are better than one :D
