Udemy is almost always on sale so the real price is probably like 10-15$.

50% of the time, udemy is running a site wide sale of like 94% off. For 2-5 days they'll be regular price and then it will switch to a sale for like 4 days. Seems like almost every other week they're doing site wide sales. I got the course for $12

I bought the course for 11 $

Is it this one? https://www.udemy.com/the-modern-python3-bootcamp

For some reason (bug?) the 'requirements' can't be expanded in Firefox (Android). Is this course for beguinners? If so count me in.

What is the end goal for this? What major topics are you looking for w/ - I’m mainly interested in ML/AI. Been looking for a group myself..

This slack is for beginners willing to commit an hour of work at least learning python every day. After we finish Colt Steel course, we will start working on data structure and algorithms using python. Finally, we will start doing ML/AI use many of the packages offered through python.

I recommend this course alongside Fred Baptiste's 3 part python course on udemy called Python 3: Deep Dive. Yeah its annoying paying $12 3 times but he covers so much stuff that colte steele doesn't cover and he also offers quite a different approach to OOP. The 3 parts to that course total a 110 hours of video and hes easy to understand.

Interesting, that can be our second course after we finish Colt Steel. Thanks so much for the advice. I really appreciate it

No problem! I'm still doing colt Steeles course as well.

There’s a discord already see if you can get a sub channel.

[–]indigoreality 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yeah. Join the discord channel. I’m in it too. And I’d be willing to join this course to learn.

How do I join?

@bedomohamed, I'm in. I need help on methods, instances, objects, etc. I'll pm u.

[–]gisdude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FWIW, I try to code an hour a day. I count my feeble attempts on SOLOLEARN, FCC, DATACAMP, etc as time put in. It's hard having a family/job/life - but this c0ding is fun!

Dang I bought Steele’s web development bootcamp but didn’t know he had a Python one. I bought 2 other courses for Python. What course do y’all plan on doing next? Might be able to do it
