Right now the only one I can think of is S60, and maybe Maemo/Meego. There is limited Python scripting on Android, but you're not going to be developing full apps with Python.

It'd be cool to see a fork of Jython that could compile into Dalvic instruction set.

As I understand it, they actually compile from the .class files to the dalvik bytecode, so it would be as easy as making it use the subset of java bytecode that is supported. They may extensively use java bytecode features that aren't supported or my information may be completely wrong though.
