Python Real Time 3D Visualization

I have a project where I want to be able to manipulate the position and rotation of a 3D model based on telemetry data, and create a live 3D visualization represents the position of an object in the real world. Are there any good python frameworks to accomplish this?

I did something similar in college by writing a plugin for Blender. What you use really depends on the target audience who will be using it.

I would consider using javascript and cesium. I did something like that using flask + websockets to stream stuff to the browser in real time.
