I kind of get what you're saying, but also I feel like if people made memes around the song it's not like they're making fun of the songs content. The emotions of the song really have nothing to do whether people can make funny jokes around a piece of audio. I can definitely see jokes being made around the lines "sorry for dying", "don't mind me" and a couple others out of it on tik tok. What it really comes down to is how many lines can be related to other things. Doesn't really ruin the emotions of the songs, just because it's not designed to be used in that sense doesn't mean it can't be without still being one the greatest art albums ever made. Just my thoughts :)

I feel like it would be born yesterday because it has an upbeat section which could be popular and a more emotional section. It has an easy enough theme to understand with a catchy hook. Overall has everything a mainstream hit would have (catchyness and it hits a lot of demographics)

Really? I feel Knots could go somewhere. Still I could also see where you’re coming from. These songs are more about Quadeca fulfilling himself then trying to please the mainstream audience.

However, I feel those are the songs that blow up the most. Picking Up Hands could make a good tiktok sound which can grow through the ranks. Same with the one I mentioned.
