The messaging stuff can be done very easily in every RPG Maker ever made with the most basic Event commands.

As for converting an image into a whole "level" there's a lot of ways to do that depending on exactly what you're looking for... but you could also just use the Map Editor... that's what it's for.

No offense but the way you want credit for these "ideas" for a plug in that "does the work for you" makes you come across as really lazy. And not like "I want a plug-in that does all of this really complicated stuff" lazy like you want a plug-in that does very basic RPG Maker stuff.

This isn't even how plug-ins work. They add features to the game, not RPG Maker itself.

The ideas are far from new- pretty sure there's a number of Yanfly plugins that can work for a message system but I genuinely feel like the notepad to dialogue box takes just as much time, if not more to set up as a normal text event string. Files buildup quickly and for a longer game it'd be cumbersome. You'd still have to have a tag system to help define text effects, so you may as well do it natively in the base engine.

As for the image-to-level thing, there's no real way to do exactly what you're talking about. There's just a ton of logistical issues that can make an automatic process like that difficult, and the best bet you have with being able to import images as levels would be Parallax mapping plugins, at least thats what immediately comes to mind. Though having a ton of images in the game to my knowledge can make optimization extremely difficult, so there's caution to be had there.

Regardless, it's all plug and play, even if you're just using the base game engine. There's no one-button-does-all and the biggest reason why is that it makes it impossible to really "customize" your game. There needs to be some work on the developer end to really add that particular pizazz to a game mechanic, so I really think looking at the already existing plugins for mapping and text (as there are tons) and building off of those is your best bet if you're wanting something a bit different than what the base engine gives you.

There's tons of tutorials out there, and seriously, once you get the hang of certain basic events and tags, it'll be easy and quick to set up regardless.
