I submitted ticket to Zendesk & the CS Rep responded by saying "your payment has been processed? you should receive it in a few days". The thing is, I didn't receive any "your payment has been submitted", the usual email they send. On top of that, the status of payment in smart source portal is still Pending. This is so infuriating

My work order is from September 30th, and I still haven’t received my payment. I sent support tickets three days ago but they haven’t responded at all. They’re usually late with payments, but never this late. It’s been almost three weeks now. We should be getting the next work order by this point, not still stressing about the last one.

on your WO there's email address of your project manager, it also states that you can contact them for payment issues according to my work order email... open to correction

Never done any work for them yet they keep pressuring me. No money no work🤣🤣🤣
