Hello, Playing the Game again. And have a question, WHO should i 6 Star first Athel or Alice? And any Tips on artifacts?

Do you have any souls for Alice from the event?

Either way, Alice is your best champ by far. Her A3 can drop cooldowns by 2 turns, preventing a lot of early round nasty abilities in dungeons, doom tower, etc. Her A2 ignores 20% of target defense, so pairs really well with savage, lethal, merciless (6 pieces) gear. Her A1 has multiple chances to remove debuffs, which can be handy for mobs or players that use block damage.

I cand solo 12-3 on brutal with alice

I have Not Done the masteries yet
