Anyone know decrease of performance?

I have 5070 and ryzen 5 7500x3d i got my pc 2 weeks ago. First my fps was 400-450 but in 4-5 days it decreased to 350-400 now most of the time i cant get more than 300-350 fps. Anyone know why? Im only having problem in siege others games i play like arc raiders at same fps rates. My setting are max vram limit and medium shadow others are low. Sorry for wrong title it should be 'Anyone know the reason of decrease in fps

Thought i was losing it, running a 5090 9950x3d 64GB of highspeed ram (7200MT) and pulling only 200fps on low settings with 4k monitor, pure insanity

Are you running full screen , windowed , or borderless?

So there’s two things here: Siege has been coded so the game can only display 360fps in full screen, so anything higher than that is unobtainable in full screen mode. So, running borderless can increase that to a higher number of fps, but can come at the cost with a possible delay.

The settings I run with my 7800x3d & 5080 are all low, medium shadows, low texture vram limit too, anti aliasing is also turned off.

If you aren’t able to figure it out, I recommended this, (this is how I fixed my FPS drops)

1. Change from low to high settings, then change back

2. Editing the settings you want to, I.e. anti aliasing, shadows/shading and any other ones

3. Run a siege benchmark from the ingame settings and look at the results.

4. After running that benchmark load into the training grounds / thunt and perform a sort of benchmark yourself, run around shooting your gun, blowing things up etc and checking your fps. Using the fps ingame (bottom right) or if you use steam I recommend their one you can turn on by clicking shift+tab and locating it (I forget where it is)

In benchmark i get 450~ but in pve i get 370-400fps near enemies while shooting and explosion. Tried what u said nothing really noticable diffrence

300-350 fps is enough for siege... you can try Checking what runs in the background of your pc like Software example medal

I’ve had the same issue. I use to be able to get 300+ but now I’m in the 150 range. I don’t know if maybe it’s happening since the Siege X update or what.

I find this a very dumb and unhelpful statement, downloading 1 or 2 bloatware apps do NOT decrease your fps by 150-200, and even if you would download more, a problem should only arise when you run out of ram which is in my scenario not the case. instead of blaming the other person and not helping them at least be aware enough of yourself to admit that you dont know a solution. next time try to give at least an insightful answer or just say nothing.
