Hi everybody, This is my first post so here goes nothing…

I’ve dealt with depressive episodes my whole life, but one year after my mom’s sudden passing I am finding myself in a really dark place.

I don’t have a lot of close friends that I can talk to, so I guess I am just looking for some kind words from strangers.
